Our pieces are crafted from brass plated in 14K gold, sterling silver, and CZ stones. You’ll find material details in each product description. These aren’t solid gold heirlooms, so be gentle and follow a few simple steps to keep them looking fresh.

Keep It Dry
BITZ jewels don’t do well with water.

No showers, no pool days, no ocean dips. Trust us — it’s not worth it.

Store Smart

When you’re not wearing your jewelry, keep it tucked away in a soft pouch or a protective hard case. Tossing it in your bag = scratches waiting to happen.

Avoid These Culprits

Your jewelry and these don’t mix well:

  • Lotion
  • Perfume
  • Sunscreen
  • Sweat
  • Any kind of moisture

Pro tip: Apply all products first, wait a few minutes, then add your sparkle.

About Tarnishing

Tarnish happens — and it’s totally natural. It depends on your unique skin chemistry, not the piece itself. Some people experience it faster than others.

We can’t accept returns or exchanges for tarnish, or damage caused by exposure to moisture or improper storage.

If Something’s Wrong

We’re proud of our pieces. If you spot a manufacturer defect (like a stone falling out or a faulty clasp), let us know within 45 days of purchase and we’ll take care of it.

After 45 days, we’re unable to cover wear and tear or damage.

SUNNIES WARRANTY

Keep your sunnies looking sharp with these tips:

  • Always store them in a case when not worn
  • Avoid hot cars — heat can warp or fade frames
  • Don’t drop, bend, or let little ones tug on them

What’s Not Covered:

  • Scratches (especially mirror lenses)
  • Peeling, fading, or general wear
  • Lost screws from normal use
  • Accidental breakage
  • Heat damage or poor storage


What Is Covered:

Manufacturer defects reported within 60 days — we’ll happily replace them.
