What is the processing time for an order?

 Orders placed before noon on weekdays, are processed and shipped within 2-3 days. Ususally sooner! 

Where do you ship from?

We are based in NJ.

Are orders pickups an option?

Yes! Simply place your order online, than email us at bitzcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number. We will advise you where to pick up.

 

Do you have  a showroom with hours, or only online?

 We are an online shop, we do not have a show room. If you’d like we are located in Lakewood you can order online and pick up. If you don’t love the items that you ordered, as long as it is not a sale item it is eligible to be exchanged. 

Do you have a physical store? 

Yes! We are opening at The American Dream Mall February 14 2023! Our first retail location! Will be in the new modest department store The Address at American Dream. 

Do you have a location in Brooklyn that  I can stop by and take a look?

 How do I care and clean my BITZ jewelry?

Because our fashion jewelry is made out of metal or 14K Gold or Rhodium plated over brass, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry. Because of this, we do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling their hair, as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products can remove the plating. A jewelry pouch doubles as a safe haven for your jewelry’s storage and a polishing cloth to keep it looking bright and shiny.
