What is the processing time for an order?

 Orders placed before noon on weekdays, are processed and shipped within 2-3 days. Ususally sooner! 

Where do you ship from?

We are based in NJ.

Are orders pickups an option?

Yes! Simply place your order online, than email us at chayaf@me.com with your order number. We will advise you where to pick up.

 

Do you have  a showroom with hours, or only online?

 We are an online shop, we do not have a show room. If you’d like we are located in Lakewood you can order online and pick up by me. If you don’t love the items that you ordered, as long as it is not a sale item it is eligible to be returned.

Do you have a location in Brooklyn that  I can stop by and take a look?

 BITZ earrings are available exclusively via bitzofglitzonline.com - we aren’t in any retail stores!

 

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns on non sale items only. Acceptable are unworn items back in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to decline a return if it arrives back in unsellable condition. Please see our return policy page for full details!
